Hello everyone! I know it's been a while since I wrote but it's been a very busy month!
Mommy tells me that Chinese New Year is here, which is why last week, we took a long drive to see Por Por and Kung Kung. I also got lots of red papers with money inside, which Mommy kept for me. She told me that she will keep for me - for what, I don't know...
I also got a lot of new clothes which Mommy and Mah Mah call Sam Foo. They make me look very sweet, they say, but they are a little hot to wear if you ask me. And Ipoh is SUCH a hot place!! The only thing I enjoyed were my baths, which mom gave me in a big red tub and I got to play with a thing called a Sponge!
CNY is also full of strange noises in the night. Loud, LOUD noises that scared me at first, but after a while, I just wanted to know what made them! Daddy told me not to be afraid and showed me one night these colourful lights that shot to the sky and exploded, hence the sound! It was fascinating!
Kung Kung also took me for a walk one night and it was the first time I saw the moon and the stars, which appeared just like in my picture books. I wanted to touch the moon but it was too far away! Daddy asked Mommy how? Mommy just laughed and kissed me, telling me again for the millionth time that I was so cute.
What gives?!
