15 MONTHS AND TALKING
Last Saturday, I officially turned 15 months. I now wear things on my feet mommy calls shoes before I go out since I started walking on my own, and I also speak a fair bit, words such as 'mom mom' (food), 'mommy', 'daddy' and 'bear'. I also like to imitate what everyone does as well, like this morning, when mommy blew on my cereal, presumably to make it cool enough to eat. She went nuts when I did that!
This morning, while watching a cartoon on TV mommy calls Pooh, I said the word 'bear', coz I have a LOT of Pooh bears in Mah MAh's house in SS2. Mah Mah tells me they belong to mommy but they belong to me now!
Yesterday, we went to a shopping centre with a lot of people. Mommy and Daddy got me this colourful car to sit in while they went around and at one time, I tumbled out of it coz the door wasn't closed properly. It got really boring after a while and I screamed to be let out. I wanted to walk about on my own but mommy wouldn't let me. I screamed and kicked and cried to no avail. In the end, mommy had to take turns with daddy to carry me around. What's the use of wearing shoes when they won't let me walk?!
Anyway, I fell asleep on the way home and when I woke up, I was in Mah Mah's house already. Definitely an interesting day, although not as interesting as last week when we went to a place with a lot of trees and strange-looking things. Mommy calls it a zoo. It smelt bad tho...
